In his State of the Union address Wednesday night, President Obama will unveil a three-year freeze on non-military discretionary spending, according to a senior administration official.
The spending freeze is exactly what the GOP has been asking for. So what do you think are the chances that they will be positive about this? What are the chances that this will lead to some tiny bit of bipartisanship? I’m going to guess zero. This spending freeze will be spun to attack Obama on something. Probably something trivial, irrelevant or flat out hypocritical.
